Web 2.0 is an umbrella term coined by Tom O'Reilly for interactive websites. Essentially it refers to websites that behave like computers. Familiar examples include Google docs (word processing, spreadsheets and presentations), social networking sites like twitter, LinkedIn, facebook and indeed VoloLegal,

I am interested in the legal issues that arise from Web 2.0 which I have classified as follws:
  • IP Issues: who owns title to user generated content
who is liable for user generated content
    jurisdiction
    privacy
    regulation

Any other ideas?
